Who We Are

Today, we are at an important inflection point for the country. 2042 is symbolic, because it is the earliest year that the Census predicts America to have a majority of people of color. 

The rising generation, the next institutional leaders, the majority of the workforce, the majority of the voters, are here now. In 2042, adults -- those between 18 and 64 -- will have been born between 1977 and 2024.
